Pengaruh Waktu Ekstraksi Dengan Menggunakan Metode Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction (UAE) Terhadap Aktivitas Antioksidan Ekstrak Daun Duwet (Syzygium cumini)


 This research aims to determine the effect of extraction time on antioxidant activity duwet leaf extract and which can produce highest in extract. The design used this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with treatment consisting 6 levels; 5 minutes, 10 15 20 25 30 minutes repeated 3 times so that it is obtained 18 experimental units. parameters observed were yield, total phenol, flavonoids, activity. data analizye using variance if there significant variables, continued Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). results showed Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction method had leaves. best at has strong based IC50 value 99.74 ppm, yield 30.24%, phenol 445.78 mg GAE/g, flavonoids 48.90 QE/g.
